Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 October 2026
These terms cover this website and the services of The Pineapple Studio (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to the website terms. By hiring us you agree to the service terms and to whatever we agree in writing for your project.
1. Our services
We build websites and run Google Ads, Meta Ads and search engine optimisation (SEO) for businesses. The exact scope, price and timing of a project are set out in a written proposal or order that you accept by email.
2. Your accounts stay yours
- Your website, domain and advertising accounts are in your name. You can remove our access at any time.
- You pay advertising spend directly to Google, Meta and other platforms. It is not part of our fee unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- You must have the right to give us access to the accounts, images and text you provide.
3. Fees and payment
Websites are priced per project. Advertising management and SEO are a monthly fee. Prices and payment terms are in your proposal. Prices exclude taxes unless stated. If an invoice is late, we may pause work until it is paid.
4. Starting and ending
There are no long contracts. Unless your proposal says otherwise, either side can end monthly services with 30 days’ written notice (email is enough). Work done up to the end date is paid for. On ending, we hand over what is yours.
5. Results are not guaranteed
Results shown on this website come from specific client accounts in specific periods. They are examples. Your results depend on your market, budget, offer and many things we do not control, including the rules and prices of advertising platforms and search engines. We do not guarantee leads, sales, rankings or a return on advertising spend.
6. Ownership of work
When you have paid for a project, you own the website content, design and code we made for you. We keep our own tools, templates and know-how, and we may mention that you are a client unless you ask us not to.
7. Confidentiality and data
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver the service. How we handle personal data, including data from your Google and Meta accounts, is described in the Privacy Policy. You may ask us to delete your data at any time: see Data deletion.
8. Third-party platforms
Google, Meta and other platforms have their own terms, which apply to your accounts. They can change prices, rules and approvals, or suspend an account, and we are not responsible for what they decide.
9. Liability
We take care in our work. To the extent the law allows, we are liable only for harm we cause by intent or gross negligence, and for other harm only up to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event. We are not liable for lost profit or indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. This website
- You may read and share the pages. Please do not copy the design or text to pass it off as your own, and do not interfere with the site or try to break it.
- We try to keep the information correct and current, but we do not promise it is complete. Links to other sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
11. Law and disputes
The law and courts that apply to a project are the ones named in your written proposal or order. Nothing here takes away rights that the mandatory law of your country gives you. We would rather solve any problem by talking first: info@thepineapplestudio.com.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. A change does not alter a project that is already agreed in writing.
