Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 3 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification or who need reduced motion. This statement says where we stand.
Standard
We design and build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. This is the benchmark that accessibility laws and guidance refer to, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in the United States, the European Accessibility Act and EN 301 549 in the European Union, and the Swiss equivalent. We assessed the site ourselves, with automated tests and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks. We have not had an outside audit, so we describe the site as working toward WCAG 2.2 AA, not as certified.
What we have done
- Semantic structure: one main landmark, a clear heading order, labelled navigation regions, and a skip-to-content link.
- Everything can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus ring. Menus use native dialogs that trap and return focus correctly and close with the Escape key.
- Form fields have visible labels, errors are announced to screen readers, and fields use the right autocomplete hints.
- Icon-only buttons have text names and tooltips.
- The page language is declared and switches correctly between English, French and German.
- Text has strong contrast against its background. Colour is never the only way meaning is shown.
- Animation is gentle and switches off when your device asks for reduced motion. Frosted surfaces become solid when you ask for reduced transparency.
- The layout adapts from phones to wide screens, and text can be enlarged without breaking it.
Known limitations
- Some case-study images are placeholders and carry only a short text description until the real screenshots replace them.
- The blog and case-study write-ups are partly placeholder text.
- Some legal and blog pages have long tables that scroll sideways on very small screens.
